Wheat Weaving Ornament Workshop
Sunday November 2

Wheat weaving is an ancient folk art that celebrates the harvest and honors the spirit of the grain. Across centuries and cultures—from England to Japan to the Americas—people have woven wheat into delicate designs believed to bring abundance, gratitude, and connection to the rhythms of the earth.
In this hands-on, meditative workshop, you’ll learn the timeless art of wheat weaving as we create a round weave from thirty golden stems. The process is rhythmic and soothing, much like knitting or coiling clay, inviting you to slow down and find calm through mindful movement.
You’ll leave with a radiant, handwoven weave—a piece of living tradition to hang in your home as a reminder of nature’s cycles, the beauty of simple craft, and the quiet abundance that grows from working with your hands.
